The Tennessee Corn Promotion Board is investing in 12 farmer-focused research projects to improve efficiency, protect yields, and build stronger markets for Tennessee corn growers.

The Tennessee Corn Promotion Board (TCPB) recently met to review research proposals for 2026, advancing 12 projects focused on delivering value back to Tennessee corn farmers. 

Each project was carefully selected with the goal of helping farmers sustainably make the most of every acre and every input. 

These research projects are focused on priorities that matter most to farmers, including: 

  • Getting more out of every input dollar by improving efficiency and maximizing return on investment

  • Protecting yields from pests and disease

  • Supporting long-term profitability through practical solutions

  • Building stronger markets for corn to create more demand and opportunities for corn growers
